Service of ListMyDrug

ListMyDrug provides Pharma product database to companies who are buying Pharma products and a platform for Pharma product producers and distributors to promote their products to worldwide customers. ListMyDrug itself does not buy nor sell any products.

ListMyDrug reserves its rights, at its sole discretion, to change the manner in which the site operates.

Access to ListMyDrug

There is no access needed to search for Pharma products in the database. For producers or distributors who want to list their Pharma products in the database, an account must be created. The creation of the account is free. With the activation of the account, the Terms & Conditions have to be accepted.

Termination

ListMyDrug reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Content Restrictions

The copyrights of the contents of the ListMyDrug site generated within the site shall be property of ListMyDrug. Any processing, reproduction, distribution of exploitation of the contents or the design is prohibited.

Our Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by ListMyDrug.

User Data Protection

ListMyDrug does collect entered names and email addresses and may use them within the company but only for marketing reasons. No passwords are stored. Address, phone numbers and sales contacts entered in Producer / distributor accounts will not be published online.

ListMyDrug will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

Company shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend ListMyDrug and its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates (collectively, ’Indemnified Parties’) from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), whether or not involving a third party claim, which arise out of, relate to or result from any breach of any representation or warranty of Company contained in this Agreement, any breach of any covenant or other obligation or duty of Company under this Agreement or under applicable law, categories of claims and losses], in each case whether or not caused by the negligence of ListMyDrug or any other Indemnified Party and whether or not the relevant Claim has merit.

Changes to this Agreement

ListMyDrug reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the site immediately.
